These profit making entities include as follows in summary:

• Westbank Automated Concrete Masonry Unit(CMU) Block Plant
  This plant has the capacity to make over 300 different types of concrete block products of many configurations in different colours and can manufacture an initial 30,000 units per day which capacity can be increased as required with additional equipment.
• Westbank Quarry Plant and Equipment
  Due to size of our projects, Aggregate and sand production have to be self-sustainable because of the large quantity and high quality required. Hence a high –tech modern mobile crusher and sand plant is inclusive.
• Westbank Trucking and Earthwork Equipments and Plants
  New Trucks provide raw material transport to other plants as well as products and components from the plant to the site while there are other maintenance trucks to support the plant and the projects such as mechanics truck, fuel/lubrication and tyre repair trucks as well as employee/supervision transport.
  Also earthwork equipment and plant mould rough and densely vegetated terrain into open arrears with roads, drains and other basic infrastructure ready to receive the building blocks for the Housing units, Utilities, Recreational arrears and institutional/commercial centres.
• Westbank Concrete Mix and Precast Plants
  The Concrete Mix Plants manufactures and supplies different mixtures of concrete for a variety of uses to the Project site and the Precast Plant. While the Precast plant produces concrete products used in the project such as stairs, party walls, tanks, floor slabs, planking as well as architectural and decorative cast products.
• Westbank Roofing Plant
  The roofing equipment will be used on imported aluminum rolls with other accessories from Eastern Europe and the USA at cost competitive prices to produce aluminum roofing sheets of different mould designs to be used for the project.
